As we age, we begin to care less about others’ opinions, recognize the preciousness of time, and find peace in letting go of control. Yoga supports this transition with wisdom teachings that foster clarity, emotional balance, and self-compassion, and gentle, age-appropriate practices that help sustain vitality and well-being.

Together, these tools calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deeper presence. Even reflecting on death can open the door to living more fully now. Join us online for a thoughtful, supportive exploration of how yoga can help us become truly sage as we age—through discussion,
practice, and community.

Satsang is a special time for us to come together as a community. In Sanskrit, Sat means truth and Sangha means community. Satsang offers an opportunity to come together to share spiritual teachings. The philosophy of Integral Yoga is explored often through an informal discussion. Although our spiritual paths may diverge, the act of sharing spiritual teachings with others is inspiring and creates a solid foundation for continued practice.

People of all faiths are welcome.
This workshop will be recorded and available to enrolled students for 2 weeks..

In a very natural way and as the body changes with age, the approach to how and what we practice changes as well.
In this workshop, Diana Meltsner, certified yoga therapist will address the needs of the changing body to stay strong and mobile, to support the joints, to sustain good balance and to enhance brain function. How can we continue to experience contentment with our Yoga practice? Sometimes that means letting go of the “Yogi” we used to be and finding the Yogi who is deeply grounded in Peace in the midst of life’s changes.

This workshop will include a gentle chair and a mat practice, presentation and sharing.
We offer teachers 2 hours CEUs for Yoga Alliance upon request.
