All sessions are offered on a sliding scale to support accessibility for all. You may pay for individual sessions or purchase a Weekend Pass, which serves as one payment for all sessions throughout the weekend. Weekend Pass holders must still register in advance for each session they wish to attend in order to reserve their space. As a special weekend in support of our nonprofit mission, we invite you to contribute as generously as you are able to help us continue sharing the classical teachings of Integral Yoga with all who seek them for years to come. Thank you.

Join us in extending the spirit of community beyond the meal through a simple practice of Karma Yoga—selfless service. After our shared potluck, we invite everyone to stay for 20 minutes of collective seva, offering mindful help with cleaning, washing dishes, tidying the space, garden weeding and restoring the environment together.
This is not a chore, but a practice: an opportunity to bring presence, humility, and care into action. As we serve without expectation, we soften the sense of separation between “me” and “you,” and experience the quiet joy of contributing to the whole.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to participate, move slowly, and stay attentive. Together, we transform ordinary tasks into a meditation in motion and close our gathering in gratitude, harmony, and shared effort.

Enjoy a Weekend Pass; make one payment and access ALL sessions throughout the weekend! Remember; Weekend Pass holders must still register in advance for each session that they wish to attend in order to reserve their space. In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the primary scripture of Yoga, Yoga is defined as a state of being that naturally arises when the fluctuations of the mind become still, revealing our true nature as peaceful, whole, and interconnected. The Yoga Sutras offer a practical roadmap for cultivating mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual insight through the practice of Yoga as a way of life.

As we engage with these teachings, we begin to free the mind from ingrained habits, conditioned patterns, and unconscious tendencies that can limit our growth. Like a seed that must first take root in the earth before it can blossom, the journey inward allows us to awaken to a deeper understanding of ourselves. The practice of nirodha—the calming of the mind’s fluctuations—reconnects us with the peace, wisdom, and wholeness at the heart of our being and lays out a path toward inner freedom.

Rev. Kalyani Carlee Cohen Barr first found herself at the Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in 2001 and began teaching Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and meditation in 2005 after receiving her certification with Swami Ramananda at IYI Bacalar, Mexico. Kalyani has attended numerous workshops and trainings over the years, including Pranayama with Margabandhu Marturano (IYINJ) and Richard Miller (iRest), Meditation, Mantra, Mudras, Anusara Yoga, Yoga Therapy in Cancer and Chronic Illness (YCAT), Yoga for the Special Child (IYINY), The Bhagavad Gita with Rev. Jaganath Carrera (YLS), Intermediate TT (IYISF), and is certified in Raja Yoga (IYISF). She is now an ordained Minister in the Yoga Life Ministry (2026). Kalyani has led classes and small group sessions for musicians of all ages at Interplay Jazz Camp in Vermont, has co-lead a retreat in Northern India, has led “Yoga Day” classes for 150 students, and has appeared on Canadian public television. She co-founded Simply Yoga in South Florida in 2006. Kalyani now holds the position of Teacher Coordinator and assistant teacher trainer at IYISF. The name Kalyani is a spiritual name given to Carlee by Swami Ramananda which signifies a state of auspiciousness, recognizing blessings, and Being in bliss, which she brings into her classes, along with weaving Raja Yoga into the practices and into life. “Yoga is a sacred path to inner peace, radiant health, and deep joy. It has touched and transformed me on every level and my greatest honor is sharing this gift with others.” Join Kalyani to reconnect with your breath, find your balance, and experience greate
