As a group we are inspired by the sacred sounds and love to sing in the key of "WE".
We share what is known as KIRTAN, a call and response of sacred sounds and mantras. It is the relationship to these mantras that illuminates our heart and awakens our consciousness.
Exploration of Universal Love: Evening of Sufi poetry, music and Hindu devotional songs with audience participation.

In this interactive satsang, we will explore some ways that mantras (sacred sounds) can connect us to our inner peace. We'll chant some holy mantras together, watch a video of Sri Swami Satchidananda speaking on the topic and share in group discussion.

The body feels thoughts and emotions before they are cognized by the mind. By becoming more aware of sensations and what they might be signaling, we can attune to what the body is offering more in the moment and less after they have had an opportunity to build. Mindfulness of the body allows for a kind attending to the body, mind and the heart that all coalesce as one, offering a variety of ways to take better care of ourselves and our past with kindness.

This ongoing group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to explore and refine aspects of our meditation practices - how we sit, why we sit, and how that relates to our lives. The format consists of a group meditation with some direction, a talk on a related subject and a question/answer session with sharing.
with Dr. Marc Halpern and Dr. Andrea Deerheart
During this two-day program (9:00am-4:00pm both days) Dr. Marc Halpern and Dr. Andrea Deerheart will be your guides as you go on a deep and personal inner journey of discovery, relaxation, and deep healing through the sacred practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an ancient, classical practice of entering in a deeply relaxed but entirely conscious state of awareness.
with Swami Ramananda
A puja is a sacred ceremony used to invoke the presence of the Divine Consciousness, in order to experience that Divinity within ourselves, and to seek guidance or blessings. The ceremony includes purifying ourselves and opening the heart to receive that Presence, and then honoring it with incense, light, flowers and food offerings.
