Are you new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a very long time? We love beginners of all ages! Join Snehan Born for an introduction to the basic yoga class. Breaking down each posture so you feel comfortable and steady, getting the most benefit from each session. Discover how to safely get into a pose, what to do while in the pose and how to get out. Approaching yoga in this manner ensures the greatest effects and benefits for our bodies and minds.
The ultimate goal of our yoga practice isn’t about how far we can stretch or if we can touch our toes or not. The aim of our yoga practice is to discover a deep peace within. It’s this mindset, which when practiced on the mat, will cross over to other areas of our lives.
