Welcome to the Integral Yoga Institute San Francisco. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the teachings of yoga and serving the community for over 40 years.
We offer drop-in Hatha Yoga classes for all levels of students.
Class Prices (Effective July 6th)
Note: The recurrent credit card payment is a convenient way to register for classes and have easeful unlimited access to online and in person classes.
Monthly Unlimited Auto-renew – $99 with automatic cc payment, 3 month minimum
ONLINE CLASSES
Single Class – $13 ($10 for those with financial need)
Community Class – By donation
10 Class Card – $100 – expires in 3 months
10 Class Card $80 for those with financial need – expires in 3 months
One Month Unlimited – $100
IN- PERSON CLASSES

- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance are subject to 20% processing fee
Teacher Training

200-Hour Basic Training: A $250. deposit is due upon enrollment to hold your place in the program. To be eligible for the Early Bird 1, payment is due in full two months before start of the program. To be eligible for the Early Bird 2, payment is due in full one month before start date. Full payment is required one week before the start of the program, unless prior payment plan has been arranged. Important to note: if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the program you forfeit $125 of your deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel 14-30 days before the start of the program, you will forfeit the $250. deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the program or do not attend the program, the deposit and program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. All other teacher trainings: Cancellation 2 weeks before training begins = full refund less $50.00. Cancellation less than two weeks prior to training = 50% refund will be issued. No refunds issued after training has begun.
Work Exchange
Work Exchange is available for yoga classes. One hour of work earns you a free class. You can work at the reception desk or help out with cooking, cleaning, gardening, or more. If you’re interested in work exchange, please contact us.
