Integral Yoga Therapy Clinic presents:

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy brings together the rich tradition of yoga and modern mind-body psychology. While usually offered in a one-on-one setting, this workshop will give you a taste of the Phoenix Rising Method. Gentle movement and stretches, breathing practices combined with elements from western psychology, will support you to examine the different layers of yourself and explore their influence on the way you live your life. You will be guided into a state of increased self-awareness and inner presence from which deep insight can arise and from which practical steps towards change, transformation and healing can be taken. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy can help to release long held physical and emotional tension and to overcome old self-limiting beliefs but is also a wonderful tool to simply get to know yourself better.
