Join Rev. Jaganath, as he explores some compelling reasons for practicing meditation and sure ways for success with what he calls the Essential Triad: Intention, Attention and Nonjudgmental Attitude.

Rev. Jaganath writes in his book Awaken: Inside Yoga Meditation,

“Meditation speaks eloquently of the inborn impulse to find deep and lasting fulfillment. We look for something that can bring our anxieties, restlessness, questions, and insecurities to a satisfying resolution. When we’ve exhausted name, fame, possessions and attainments in our search for happiness, we turn to the only place we may not have looked – within.”

For Beginners and Experienced Meditators alike.
