Yoga and Moving Through Emotions

$25 | Please register in advance, a Zoom link and passcode will be provided via confirmation email.

It can be challenging to allow emotions to surface, to feel them as they arise while also having the skills to regulate and integrate them.

This workshop will examine the difference between emotions and feelings, how yoga can help to establish healthy ways to be with one’s emotions, and how to use them skillfully not only for personal and spiritual growth but also enrich one’s lived experience.

A guided practice will explore how working with body and breath can increase emotional awareness and balance.

Moon Salutation Workshop

Please register in advance, a Zoom link and passcode will be provided via confirmation email.

ONLINE | $20

At this New Moon, we will open our being to the sideways flow of the moon salutation asana series and open the doors to allow the voice of intuition and creativity to come forth and manifest. This feminine flow, the creative process comes from stillness “darkness of the night”, the empty canvas, the empty page.
We will dive into exploration of our bodies, let our patterns come to the surface and will allow space for expression and sharing.

Prior experience with yoga and meditation is helpful.
