Satsang: Healing the Disease of Busyness

In this Satsang, we will review a few practical tools for slowing down, relieving stress, and being present to what we are doing. We will discuss and initiate long-term strategies to set and maintain priorities in our lives, to make decisions that reflect what we truly value, and to respond skillfully to life's challenges, maintaining our equilibrium.

Yoga after 60

How can we continue to experience contentment with our Yoga practice? Sometimes that means letting go of the "Yogi" we used to be and finding the Yogi who is deeply grounded in Peace in the midst of life's changes. This workshop will include a gentle chair and a mat practice.

Seasonal and Sattvic: The Holiday Meal

In this workshop we'll spend a few hours together in the IYI kitchen, preparing a balanced and nourishing winter feast. We'll prepare a complete holiday meal, including dessert, and then we'll sit down and enjoy it together.
