Sattvic foods balance and nourish us as the seasons change. The holidays of late fall and winter are times to celebrate around the table with friends and family. This is a time to enjoy our favorite winter dishes, both traditional and new.

In this workshop we’ll spend a few hours together in the IYI kitchen, preparing a balanced and nourishing winter feast. We’ll prepare a complete holiday meal, including dessert, and then we’ll sit down and enjoy it together.

All of the dishes will be vegan, though some can be easily adapted if you’d like to use dairy. We’ll send you home with recipes so that you can recreate them all yourself.

No experience is necessary.

Prajna has cooked professionally for many years in restaurants, cafes and retreat centers. She currently lives, practices and cooks at IYI in San Francisco.
