In this workshop, we will explore ways of practicing Hatha Yoga with greater awareness and sensitivity. Through accessible asana, gentle breath practices, and guided attention, we will learn to move with steadiness and ease, gradually freeing ourselves from habitual patterns held in the body and mind.
