Beginners and seasoned writers are welcome, as we explore various forms of writing: poetry, prose, short stories, memoir, among others. Together we will combine self-care with our writing and discover what a writing practice means to us and how it may take shape.

In this Satsang, Asokananda and Ramananda will present the distilled wisdom of all the Yoga teachings as practical principles that lead to skillful action and wise choices.
IN-PERSON with Zubin Goldman
Zubin will share how these 3 practices: The Dance, the Element Walks and an introduction to Astrological Yoga, as given by Murshid Sam Lewis to Murshid Wali Ali Meyer, her Sufi initiator and Master teacher.
