The experience of love and compassion flowing through the heart is a powerful element of human life and an important part of the spiritual path. This two part workshop provides an in-depth exploration of how the energies of the heart can assist us in meeting challenges and accessing a wellspring of inner strength.

Part 2 • Tue. Feb. 28: We will use guided reflection, discussion and ritual to clarify for each of us a personal doorway to Grace. We can all learn to tap into this aspect of ourselves to find meaning, inspiration and the profound peace that is our true nature.

Part 1 • Tue. Feb. 21: Swami Ramananda will focus on the yogic approach to concepts like surrender and devotion. We will explore together how genuine forms of love and compassion free us from deeply ingrained patterns of thinking and behavior, and bypass the intellect to open the spiritual heart.
