This two part workshop provides an in-depth exploration of how the energies of the heart can assist us in meeting challenges and accessing a wellspring of inner strength.
Part 1 • Tue. Feb. 21: Swami Ramananda will focus on the yogic approach to concepts like surrender and devotion. Together we will explore how genuine forms of love and compassion free us from deeply ingrained patterns of thinking and behavior, and bypass the intellect to open the spiritual heart.
Part 2 • Tue. Feb. 28: We will use guided reflection, discussion and ritual to clarify for each of us a personal doorway to Grace. We can all learn to tap into this aspect of ourselves to find meaning, inspiration and the profound peace that is our true nature.
