David’s Kirtan is rooted in traditional sanskrit chants and mantras sung to original Indian raga melodies and explores the ecstatic and mystical moods of Bhakti in call and response chanting with the audience. 

David Estes is a the lead vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and Ananda Rasa band leader, grew up in India and spent several years immersed in the practices of kirtan, sanskrit text chanting, meditation and service as a full time Ashram resident and brings 20+ years of chanting practice to share in this evening of kirtan.
