Yoga Therapy Clinic presents:
This has been a stressful year already, and now it’s the holidays. What will they hold for you? You may miss some parties and traditions. The pressure of gift buying with financial unknowns may be a challenge. On the other hand, you may gain less weight and not have to make small talk with Uncle Grumpy.
The good news is you don’t have to let stress drain your holiday joy.
This workshop will teach simple tools to release holiday stress, including
- Easy Yoga stretches to help reduce cravings for food, alcohol, etc.
- Portable breathing techniques for stress release
- Resilient attitudes to keep your peace amidst pandemic unknowns
- Suggestions for pandemic events that focus on the Spirit of the holidays.
These techniques are easy to learn, quick to use, and can be done anywhere.
And doing them doesn’t cost a penny.
With a little stretching and simple positive thinking, you may find that you enjoy the holidays more than you thought you could.
“ This workshop gave me a wonderful road-map to the refuge of a calm mind.”
