What a great sense of freedom we can experience when we practice both meditation and non-attachment. When these practices gives rise to an inner sense of fulfillment, we have no need to purchase anything to be happy. We are then free to have loving relationships with the people in our lives, without expectation, and also free to give full attention to our goals and pursuits, without anxiety over the outcome. We can enjoy things as they come and go. This is real freedom and the key to enjoying life.
