Join us for a 2-hour Hatha Yoga workshop designed to improve hip mobility and flexibility in the hip joints. Through a series of targeted yoga poses and exercises, you’ll learn how to safely and mindfully deepen your range of motion, release tension, and strengthen hip flexors. This practice is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing stiffness, as it can lead to improved posture, spinal stability, and overall well-being. Perfect for yoga practitioners seeking to deepen their practice, particularly in forward bends and seated poses.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore muscle activation on many of the Yoga Asanas, covering:

– Major movements of the pelvis and hip joints
– Strengthening postures for those movements
– Balancing and Dynamic poses
– A couple of Yin Yoga poses

All levels are welcome. This workshop will be recorded for later viewing and shared for 2 weeks with all enrolled students.
