This two-day program will immerse you in the knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga as Dr. Halpern supports you on your healing journey. During this program, you’ll explore how to activate your body’s innate ability to heal itself. It begins with an exploration of why we become sick on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and how our challenges can serve us to grow and evolve toward higher awareness. The program continues with an exploration of Ayurvedic principles as they apply to your personal healing.

You’ll examine your constitution, the nature of your imbalances, and how to use diet, lifestyle, colors, aromas, sound, and yoga to activate your full healing potential. There will be ample time for personal exploration, dialogue, and questions. This program is born from Dr. Halpern’s 40 years in the healing arts and his book Healing Your Life: Lessons on the Path of Ayurveda.
