The practice of Honoring the Divine Feminine has inspired me to consciously shift out of my normal, rational mindset and become more sensitive to the energies around me. In my Hatha Yoga practice, this means letting my body guide my movements instead of my mind. In my relationships, it means listening and speaking from my heart as well as my head. It’s helping me experience the present moment with my whole being instead of the reasoning tendencies of the left brain.
