As a group we are inspired by the sacred sounds and love to sing in the key of "WE".
We share what is known as KIRTAN, a call and response of sacred sounds and mantras. It is the relationship to these mantras that illuminates our heart and awakens our consciousness.

If you have increased fracture risk due to bone loss, you can use yoga as part of your integrated program to prevent falls and fractures. A ten-year study of 741 participants doing a specific series of yoga postures resulted in increased bone density.

The core is the foundation upon which all movement is based and stability maintained at both the physical and energetic levels. Almost every yoga pose involves the core in some way and a strong core can facilitate one’s yoga practice in improving balance, stabilizing the spine, and preventing injury. At a more subtle level, It can also cultivate a greater sense of centeredness, emotional strength and wellbeing.

In this interactive satsang, we will explore some ways that mantras (sacred sounds) can connect us to our inner peace. We'll chant some holy mantras together, watch a video of Sri Swami Satchidananda speaking on the topic and share in group discussion.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing are remedies for the challenges of our stressful times, and blends restorative yoga with healing sounds of a variety of instruments such as singing bowls, flutes, drums and chimes.
