Finding Balance in Your Ha/Tha Yoga, Moving Slow and Going Deep Most Hatha Yoga classes these days reflect a bias toward the “ha,” or heating solar energies, rather than the “tha,” or cooling lunar energies. In this meditative Intermediate level class, we will strike a ha/tha balance by moving slowly, allowing time for the body to release more fully, and then coming in touch with the vital force (prana) that lies underneath the physical sensations.
