This evening workshop offers both education and practices that are based on the teachings of YCat: Yoga Therapy in Cancer and Chronic Illness. The approach is based on meeting people where they are, adapting concepts rather than scripting asanas for a particular diagnosis and creating an accessible Yoga practice for use across the cancer continuum. This workshop is appropriate for people with cancer and/or chronic illness, healthcare professionals, Yoga teachers and Yoga Therapists. YCat Director Sandra Susheela Gilbert and other YCat teachers will be leading this workshop.
