ONLINE & IN-PERSON with Nathalie Rukmini Ando, E-RYT 500, YACEP
$27 | $22 Early bird, exp. 7/31
Inversions are often associated with advanced asanas like headstand and arm balances, but did you know that any pose in which the head is below the heart or the legs are elevated can be considered an inversion? In Sanskrit, these poses are called Viparita, meaning “contrary” or “opposite,” as they reverse the body’s natural orientation.
When practiced mindfully, inversions can offer numerous benefits, including improved focus, mental clarity, strength, balance, and enhanced cardiovascular and lymphatic function. In this workshop, we’ll start where you are and explore inversions in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, join us to discover the upside of inversions and take your practice to new heights.
Multi-level — all are welcome.
This workshop will be recorded and available to all enrolled students for two weeks.
