Mas Vidal Maheshananda, director and founder of Dancing Shiva School, Ph.D. candidate (Integral Ayurveda), and practitioner of Ayurveda, has become an influential global teacher, speaker, and author on Ayurveda, Yoga culture, and Vedantic philosophy. His diverse background includes therapeutics, athletics, dietetics, ecology, herbs, and superfoods, which he integrates into a dynamic synthesis that has led him to become an innovative voice in Integral Ayurveda, Yoga, and integrative medicine.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, he began his career in 2001 as the medical director of Dancing Shiva’s integrative medical clinic, which included Pancha Karma, acupuncture, chiropractic, and many other modalities.
