Isha, Katha, Chandogya, Kena Upanishads

An examination of some of the oldest and most meaningful Upanishads which contain wonderful inspiring stories and very deep but accessible spiritual teachings and practices. These are the basis of Vedanta and Raja Yoga. Just reading even one of these Upanishads over and over will begin to strengthen one’s intellect and bring a deeper understanding and experience of true spirituality. We will aim to cover all the four Upanishads mentioned.
