You can access a profound state of awareness and activate your capacity to heal the mind, body and spirit.
Yoga Nidra reboots the nervous system by evoking one’s natural state of “relax and restore,” formally known as the Parasympathetic Nervous System. Some of the benefits of the practice include slowing heart rate, dampening of the “fight or flight” hormones, a deep sense of rest, and improved sleep. In the state of Yoga Nidra, the body can do what it is wired to do: rejuvenate, repair and revitalize at a cellular and energetic level.
