The pandemic has really highlighted to us the importance of community and the benefits of supporting each other. Please join us in-person or online for this gathering. We’ll discuss current news about the Integral Yoga organization, the San Francisco Institute and our plans for the coming year. There will be time for questions, sharing and spiritual practice. We always welcome your feedback on how we can best serve you going forward.
After the meeting, we will share a potluck meal in the backyard garden. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share (no meat, fish or eggs). There will be tea and cookies for everyone to enjoy. Masks and social distancing are only required as needed.
