Join Ausra Duverge, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Certified Yoga Therapist for an Ayurveda Play-shop, a two-hour interactive session.

In this workshop, we will delve into the principles of Ayurveda, the science of life and longevity, in a relaxed and playful atmosphere. Together, we’ll explore how to balance the body, mind, and spirit. We will focus on the Five Ayurveda Elements (Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Ether/Space) both internally and externally and the tools that can restore and bring forth optimum mental and physical health.

  • Determine your personal unique constitution, a combination of elements – dosha, and learn practical ways to balance them with Yoga practice.
  • Discover simple yet powerful Ayurvedic practices to enhance your daily routine, including nutrition, self-care rituals, and mindfulness techniques.
  • Explore the concept of “agni” (digestive fire) and its crucial role in maintaining optimal health.
  • Learn how to align your lifestyle with seasonal rhythms for optimal well-being.

Attend this workshop and receive half off on your next Ayurvedic consultation at the Integral Yoga Therapy Clinic. Find out more at our Yoga Therapy Clinic page.
