Perfect Loving Perfect Giving
In nature, we see examples of perfect loving and giving. A tree gives of its fruits without eating any itself, and gives alike to friend or foe, to one of any race or religion. Both candle and incense stick consume themselves in giving light and fragrance. We too can learn that the more we live in harmony with our nature of loving and giving the more fulfilling our lives will be.

Benefit of Group Practice
There’s something special about spiritual practice in a group. Praying or chanting, meditating or practicing Yoga, the group energy is contagious and uplifting, and helps keep us focused and inspired. We each are given the opportunity to both contribute and to receive benefit. I recommend all spiritual aspirants join a group practice on a regular basis as their schedules permit.

Company of the Holy
“One of the things for which we should give thanks every day, according to the Buddha, is the company of the holy. Just as bees cannot make honey unless together, human beings cannot make progress on the Way unless they are supported by a field of confidence and concern that Truth-winners generate.”
