Rabindranath Tagore, a famous Indian poet, put it this way:
“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.”
Even though it may not be easy to consciously cultivate joy when we all struggle in some ways, I plan to enjoy trying.
