The poetic expression of these profound experiences can touch us deeply\, bypassing the intellect and awakening moments of recognition\, wonder\, and inner stillness.\nJoin Swami Ramananda for three week sessions August 17\, 24 & 31 exploring the resonance between mystical poetry and traditional sources of sacred wisdom\, including the Yoga Sutras\, the Tao Te Ching\, and the teachings of the Buddha. Diana’s focus is on the healing aspects of Yoga on the mind as well as the body by applying the physical postures\, practices of breath-control\, mindfulness and meditation. Diana helps her clients to find the ability to move through life with increased ease\, stress resilience\, and intuition.
