In 2018 she was certified as an Integral Yoga teacher to learn more of the IYI approach and be part of the lineage. Mia is a disciple of the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu lineage and is highly influenced by her martial arts training. After completing her first 200-hour teacher training in 2008\, she began to see undeniable parallels in Yoga and Kung Fu. When she began teaching Kung Fu in 2014\, she incorporated Yoga insight and principles in her classes. Her goal in teaching is to connect with the students and to facilitate a safe space for exploration and self-inquiry. Yoga and Kung Fu are integrated into her daily life as a mother\, a preschool teacher\, and an advocate for gender\, race\, and class equality through multiple non-profit groups. \nDiana “Dharani” Díaz\, MA\, RYT 500 is a writer and Yoga teacher certified in Yoga for Stress Management\, Accessible Yoga\, Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness\, and Holistic Sound Resonance\, among others. Diana is passionate about sharing both yoga and writing with marginalized communities. She teaches yoga online for Sister Mentors and currently serves as vice president of Voices of Our Nation’s Arts (VONA)\, an organization that nurtures writers of color. She particularly enjoys the practice of Yoga Nidra\, which aligns with her beliefs in the healing power of words and the nature of the true Self being peace. \n  \nNathalie Rukmini Ando\, E-RYT 500\, YACEP\, is a Yoga teacher\, trainer\, and graphic designer\, Brazilian of Japanese descent. She lived in Yogaville\, VA\, where she served as a Yoga teacher\, program development director\, leadership team member\, online courses administrator\, DE&I (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) Committee member\, and Anti-Racism Task Force member. She has been practicing Yoga since 2004\, teaching since 2010\, and has been a Yoga teacher trainer since 2022. She is certified in Basic\, Intermediate\, and Advanced Integral Yoga\, Raja Yoga\, Adaptive\, Stress Management\, Yoga of Recovery\, Yin Yoga\, Yoga Nidra\, Basics of Ayurveda\, and Neuroscience & Yoga. As a teacher\, she’s known for her clear instruction and her classes include fun\, level-appropriate challenges. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is a fine artist specializing in oil-on-canvas\, watercolor\, and botanical illustrations. Born and raised in San Francisco\, she earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Francisco State University. With a passion for empowering everyday people to live healthier\, more vibrant lives\, April blends herbal wisdom with practical nutrition to make wellness accessible and fun. She’s committed to helping others feel their best—naturally—and has no plans of stopping anytime soon. \n  \nMuktidevi Kristine Demafeliz\, E-RYT 200\, RYT 500\, is a passionate and dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher. Born and raised in San Francisco\, Muktidevi has been embracing the practice of yoga for nearly two decades. Her journey into yoga began with the guidance of her mentor\, Tony Garcia\, through the SFO Airport’s Wellness Program in 2012. Tony encouraged her to pursue yoga teacher training\, which she completed in the Integral Yoga® tradition. She holds certifications in Basic Hatha I\, Intermediate Hatha II\, Accessible Yoga (Gentle)\, and Mindful Resilience Training through the Veterans Yoga Project\, enabling her to teach trauma-informed yoga. Recently\, she graduated from Meditation Teacher Training. Her passion for continuous learning drives her to pursue further training\, such as Yoga For First Responders\, which aligns with her role as the Wellness Program Coordinator for the San Francisco Police Department. Muktidevi mentors and supports teacher trainees and newly certified teachers\, helping them grow and develop on their yogic path. Yoga has profoundly impacted and transformed her life\, and she genuinely believes it is a saving grace for all. Despite living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for 28 years\, Muktidevi continues to utilize the mindfulness practices to navigate through life’s challenges and adversities. \nJ. Pranavi McLean is a trauma-informed yoga teacher\, certified by the Integral Yoga Institute San Francisco (IYISF) in 2025 after over 25 years of practice across yogic traditions and lineages. She believes yoga is an enduring gift that helps practitioners to harness power and resilience from within\, to build flexibility and strength to adapt to ever-changing circumstances\, and to cultivate awareness and curiosity to learn and evolve. As a teacher\, she feels privileged to serve as a humble steward of the ancient teachings of integral yoga\, which have proven essential in her ongoing efforts to balance the dualities of modern living and to maintain clarity of purpose in her many roles in family\, community and the world. Through her classes at IYISF and in private sessions\, she aims to create safe and inclusive spaces for students to meet themselves “where they’re at” in body\, mind and spirit. She hopes students leave their time together feeling more free\, more centered\, and better equipped to both embrace and create change. \nDominique Dela Cola (she/her) is a Bay Area-born sound meditation practitioner\, multi-instrumentalist\, and registered nurse with nearly thirty years of musical experience. Dominique has studied classical\, electronic\, jazz\, West African\, experimental\, ambient\, and indigenous Filipino music. Combining her diverse musical training with a deep curiosity about spirituality\, she explores the intersection of music and healing through her sound baths and live performances. Her aim is to create spaces where individuals can unwind\, deepen awareness\, and experience transformation through sound. She has received certificates in Sound Healing\, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga\, Modern Meditation\, and Leadership and Performance Coaching.
