Using the contemplative question\, “Who am I?”\, we gently turn our attention away from thoughts\, roles\, and identities toward the silent awareness that underlies all experience. Rooted in the teachings of the Upanishads\, the wisdom of Ramana Maharshi\, and Swami Sivananda’s approach to Jnana Yoga meditation\, this practice invites you to expand your awareness and rest in the Heart—the source of pure Being—and experience the peace\, clarity\, and unity that emerge when the mind becomes still.\nDiana Meltsner\, C-IAYT\, ERYT-500\, YACEP\, has been teaching Yoga since 2001 and offering yoga therapy privately and at the Integral Yoga Therapy Clinic in San Francisco since 2017. She currently serves as Programs Manager at Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco. \nOver the course of her teaching career\, Diana has developed a deep interest in the intersection of contemplative practice\, science\, spirituality\, and prayer. Her work is informed by ongoing study of neuropsychology and human physiology\, as well as contemplative traditions beyond her strong Yogic foundation\, including Christian mysticism and Dzogchen Tibetan Buddhism. She is particularly drawn to interfaith dialogue and exploring the shared wisdom\, devotional heart\, and experiential ground found across spiritual traditions. www.dianameltsner.com \n\nView Weekend Schedule –PDF \nEnjoy a Weekend Pass; make one payment and access ALL sessions throughout the weekend! \nRemember; Weekend Pass holders must still register in advance for each session that they wish to attend in order to reserve their space. A comprehensive\, balanced class with a steady flow\, relaxation between poses\, and guided instruction throughout. First-time students are welcome.\nTony Speciale – RYT 200 – E-RYT 200 Tony holds an MFA in Directing from Columbia University and studied musical theatre at the Boston Conservatory. A queer theatre director and devoted dog dad\, he brings curiosity\, steadiness\, and care into the teaching space. He began his yoga practice 25 years ago through Bikram Yoga and remains grateful for the discipline and clarity of the 26 & 2 sequence. Over time\, however\, he sought a non-striving practice emphasizing prāṇāyāma\, deep relaxation\, and self-inquiry. Through Integral Yoga Institute San Francisco (IYISF)\, Tony discovered a holistic approach and received his RYT 200 and E-RYT 200 certifications in 2023. His teaching emphasizes accessibility\, clear sequencing\, and mindful pacing\, inviting students to listen to the body’s inner wisdom rather than push past limits. He is especially passionate about supporting beginners\, returning students\, and those seeking a grounded\, inclusive practice. When not practicing or teaching yoga\, Tony works with the next generation of theatre artists at SUNY New Paltz\, where he integrates yoga and mindfulness into his pedagogy. He is currently in intermediate teacher training with IYISF\, working toward his RYT 300 / E-RYT 300 certification and sharing yoga as a practical tool for cultivating awareness\, ease\, and connection—on and off the mat. \n\nView Weekend Schedule –PDF \nEnjoy a Weekend Pass; make one payment and access ALL sessions throughout the weekend!
