Therapeutic Yoga and Sound Healing are remedies for the challenges of our stressful times, and blends restorative yoga with sound healing using crystal bowls. The practice creates a calm, supportive and nurturing environment in which you can relax and let go, allowing the innate wisdom of your body to naturally restore balance and well-being. Whether you need to decompress from stress, recover from injury or if you’re dealing with chronic illness, this workshop will help your body, mind and spirit to relax, rejuvenate, and heal.

Claudia Bartsch, E-500CYT, C-IAYT, has been teaching yoga for 17 years. With over 1.500 hours of training she offers an in-depth understanding of the yogic practices and techniques and on how to apply them for healing, integration and transformation. In 2011 she bridged her interest in Western psychology and the yogic path and certified as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. She is also among the first yoga therapist officially certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Claudia is also a Stress Management Educator and trained as a Shiatsu Practitioner. In her work she offers a unique blend of the various branches of yoga, hands-on body and energy work empowering individuals to move towards greater resilience, well-being and health. Anne Angelone is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, author, yoga enthusiast, music lover, and meditation teacher. Anne complements her practice of Chinese Medicine with functional medicine, meditation and Paleo nutrition to effectively serve patients suffering from chronic immune and inflammatory conditions. Anne has been using a combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, music, meditation and nutrition to help reverse chronic digestion, skin and autoimmune reactions with great results for over 20 years.
