Therapeutic Yoga and Arthritis with Susan Ford

In this workshop we will explore gentle postures, breathing, yoga therapy, deep relaxation, meditation, chanting and writing as a way to find a practical approach to healing while deepening our understanding of living with Arthritis.
Gentle yoga will bring more fluidity to our bodies while stretching and strengthening. It has been found that the more we move, the more flexibility we will experience in our daily lives. While connecting the breath to the body and mind, one can find a deeper relaxation, along with lessening stress and pain.
As a group we will share our experience, find support, and explore what healing means to each of us.
