Kriya Yoga is described in the ancient text, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as Yoga in practice. The 3 principles of Kriya Yoga form an effective approach to spiritual growth by guiding us to make use of each life experience as a lesson to be learned. We will discuss how these universal practices can be used to understand why we suffer and ultimately, how to be free to know our true nature of peace.
