How Yoga Heals with Swami Ramananda

During this program we will explore the root causes of dis-ease and the many practices of Yoga that can help us address these root causes, allowing deep and lasting healing physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally. We will look at how Yoga helps us clear the pathway for our ever-present Spiritual Self – always peaceful, joyful, and free – to be expressed and experienced in our daily life. 
The deepest healing occurs when we let go of limiting beliefs and stories, allowing the energy and light of the Spiritual Self to shine into the body, heart and mind
