Heart – Centered Action


Since nothing can really be depended on as a lasting source of security or contentment, we end up in a relentless attempt to arrange the right conditions for happiness.  Our minds become obsessed with planning, measuring, judging and reasoning — all things that keep us stuck in the head and disconnected from the heart.  Yoga practice enables us to quiet the mind and drop into the present moment where we can sense the subtle energies of the heart and compassion for others arises naturally.
