Mindfulness, meditation and yoga are symbiotic and mutually supportive practices that facilitate the capacity to more fully participate in, and be more at ease with this experiment of life.
Being embodied organically leads to becoming more rooted to the earth, to the ground of our being. The more connected – energetically, mentally and emotionally – we are to our own body and the larger body of our planet we become, the more present and at home we can be anywhere and at anytime.
By integrating mindfulness directly into an asana practice we can utilize postures to see the mind; connect body and mind; release mental and emotional patterns in the body and discover a perfect way to be in the present moment.
This workshop will include sitting meditation, relaxed yet active postures and restorative poses.
