Connection with all of Life


We tend to focus so much on arranging our lives that we get stuck in the head, where we experience ourselves as separate.  We can use our Yoga practice to dwell in the body, the belly and the heart to receive the natural sensations and intelligence they offer, and to feel our connection with all of life.
