If it is your victory alone, you may win the war now, but your enemy will be waiting for another opportunity to fight and be victorious over you. How can you call it a real victory if you still have an enemy somewhere?
Instead, make your enemy your friend. That is the best victory. Such a victory is only won by non-violent means, by trusting and by showing love.
