This workshop will cover all the basic elements of meditation, the primary meditation techniques, how to prepare for meditation physically and mentally, and how to personalize our practice. Through explanation, discussion and practice, we will learn how to bring our attention fully into the present moment, and touch the ocean of peace beneath the surface waves of the mind.
